A message from Soul - The Journey:

In all of the growing, expanding, learning and letting go it is important to stay in touch with, and know, you.

No matter where you are, what level of consciousness you think you are on. If your life feels in transition, if you are struggling through a relationship, employment, health issues, or just a changes in your life. You are still perfect. Absolutely where you are supposed to be.

The whole idea of being in a human body experiencing consciousness is to travel on a journey. If you are aware and conscious you will learn many amazing things about yourself on this journey. There is no good or bad, no wasted time and no right or wrong. Where you have been and what conclusions you arrive at is perfect. As you are perfect.

There is no destination as such. But many points of interest along the way, where you arrive at a point of understanding and letting go. So you grow and advance in consciousness.

There is no test that you can fail. Each step you take is perfect, it is your own journey and no one else is on it but you - it is your journey and your responsibility. You make your own choices as you always have free will.

All growing, learning, expanding in consciousness and waking up is about letting go of fear (which all ego is based on) and becoming one with unconditional self love.

From this space or moment in time you realize, yes I am perfect, all is well, I dont need to be anywhere, I am here now and it is right.

Then if you change your mind, move, make a decision and accept responsibility for the outcome of your life, you will attract all that you need to succeed.

What can block you from that success is control issues involving time and needing to prove something. And your dependence/need to prove to others that you are OK.

Think on these simple truths. Soul.

Meditation

True meditation is the most important and powerful thing you can do. It aligns you with Source so it is pure energy that you are tapping into. This energy runs through all aspects of you and on all levels at that moment of alignment. This connection in turn will bring you clarity. Clarity is the freedom from confusion, old programming and illusion. Even five minutes of connected meditation a day will be of great benefit to you.
